All of our meats can be purchased as a sandwich or by the pound in 1/3, 1/2 and full pounds. Plan on 1/3 pound per person.

Sides are sold in 1/3. 1/2 and full pound sizes.  Plan on 1/3 lb per person.

Catering Menu​​

All American Sampler Served buffet style and includes smashed potatoes, five bean baked beans, bread, cole slaw, our famous barbecue sauce and your choice of beef brisket, pulled pork or turkey. (One meat for every ten people.)  15 person minimum.
